Free the World Network (FTW) & Ochre Coin (OCH) Early Development Process.
The community members of Waddananggu (which means “The Talking” in the Indigenous Tribal language of Wirdi) have chosen to participate in this proposed experiment exploring the creation of a culturally backed cryptocurrency. In the creation and activation of a FTW/OCH-enabled Ripple wallet, members henceforth agree that they have done so of their own free will and in acceptance that this is not real currency.
All wallets in phase one testing are activated and funded with XRP by Dion John Hunt, who is one of three Emerging Elders associated with the Waddananggu Community, who are also the founding members of the XRP-backed Ochre Trinity Tribes Wallet.
After negotiations regarding the requirements and expectations of individual Tribal members wanting to participate in the project are conducted and finalised, the agreed creation, funded activation and identified education specifications needed in the use of the FTW/ OCH/ MOB/ QTZ and KUT enabled Ripple Wallet is then to be conducted by Mr Hunt or another FTW project initiate of appropriately high degree.
This is done in exchange for various culturally significant items and/ or services, with examples including the commissioning, purchase and acquisition of a set of hand carved wooden traditional Gidgee Tree clap sticks, the recording, use and marketing of alive musical performance, and the covering of Mr Hunt’s specific daily camp duties and chores such as Sacred fire management, cutting firewood, water collection, vegetable garden cultivation, cooking dinner, and doing dishes.
Members are free to start and stop participating at any time, with no expectation at all placed on anything other than exploring ethical and culturally aligned ways to put real value into everyone’s own unique creative expressions of Tribal Lore and Cultural Heritage.
Funds were provided by the Free the World Foundation Charity Trust to create multiple Sovereign Currency Initiatives and trust lines in accordance with each individual wallet holder’s negotiated expectations, as well as their long-term hopes, dreams and goals for the wallet and associated projects.
These negotiated terms and desired goals have been recorded in some detail in this ledger document and attached development process diary.
Almost immediately the opportunities for cultural value exchange began to present themselves, as recorded in the FTW/ OCH Research and Development Diary Documentation compiled by Dion Hunt. These ideas, in conjunction with the FTW Intellectual Property already provided to the OCH project by Dion Hunt were then discussed with both Tribal and non-indigenous elders showing interest in the project during the Waddananggu Bularu (two-year Sovereignty celebration) between August 25th to 27th of 2023.
With approval from those interested Indigenous Elders in attendance, as well as the blessing of the Old People Spirit Ancestors that call the Sacred Lands of Waddananggu home, the Trinity Tribes Wallet members discussed and settled on both short and long-term project goals, and basic negotiation & transaction protocols, before encouraging the Waddananggu community members to begin educating themselves and participating in the use of FTW Coin as a test network.
The next steps involved the creation and proliferation of Ripple Wallet Accounts within the Waddananggu community and demonstrating how to use them.

Receivable Payments for the purchase of OCH must be made with BTC, FLR and/ or XRP, into one of the three Trinity Tribes Payment Exchange Wallets.
In the case of BTC, the Distribution Wallet holder must, within the process of creating the purchasing community members Wallet and FTW/ OCH trust lines, exchange the Bitcoin for XRP on a relevant exchange protocol, before sending the equivalent amount of XRP to the OCH Trinity Tribe Wallet. It was agreed that in exchange for assistance in creating and activating Ripple wallet and a subsequent payment of 5,000 FTW made by Mr Hunt, Shanel would provide her vocals in song, via a recording session conducted alongside Mr Hunt, within the borders of Waddananggu County. It was agreed that on completion of the song, Dion would then share it with Shanel and if/ when both parties were satisfied with the results, they would then both give consent to it being released at a 50/ 50 share for all future revenue generated from its production and use.

2/ The second culturally related value exchange for FTW Digital Tokens was between Clint Jordan and Dion John Hunt and began on the 7th of September 2023. It was agreed that in exchange for assistance in creating and activating a Ripple wallet, as well as a subsequent payment of 50,000 FTW made by Mr Hunt, Mr Jordan would assist in the repair of gearbox and headlights for Mr Hunt’s Toyota Hiace van. Though assisting in a van repair may not be classified as culturally related (i.e. OCH’s mission statement), the exchange is in alignment with previously developed FTW Intellectual Property related to payment for, as well as swapping of responsibilities for camp duties/ chores and task management.
An added layer to the negotiation was that Phil Lambkin provided support with van repairs by covering Dion Hunt’s camp duties over the two days, as well as Clint’s duty of tending to the Sacred Fire and cutting firewood.

It should also be noted that Phil’s OCH trust line was set with a receivable limit of 10,000, which is double the amount of all but the distribution Wallets. This was done to facilitate Phil’s role as a Creative Elder of Waddananggu, giving him the ability to fund and manage larger personal creative community projects more effectively, whilst also funding support & development of other Emerging Elder projects.

Two days after this transaction, there was an unfortunate situation related to an extreme breaking of W&J Tribal Lore by Miss Casey, resulting in the immediate expulsion of her entire family from the Waddananggu community.

In exchange, Dion will facilitate the exchange of value transaction utilising Kosmic Kuts (KUT) NFT Digital Contract negotiation and creation Intellectual Property Protocols and Free the World Network (FTW) Community Tokens.
This (and all future) transactions between the two parties will be done via OCH/ FTW/ KUT and wrapped XLM-enabled Ripple XRP wallet accounts that are created, funded, and provided to all willing Waddananggu community members by Tribal Council Member Dion John Hunt as soon as possible after the conclusion of Sacred Ceremony Initiation Ritual.
It was agreed that 5,000 FTW tokens are to be paid to Miss Casey’s wallet address upon her purchase of the KUT Coin generated Digital Contract NFT, minted on the Sologenic DEX exchange.
The purchase of this NFT provides proof of acceptance to the details contained within the contract and is therefore evidence that the contract has been accepted by the purchaser and, from the moment of being purchased will be considered “active”.

17/ The next culturally related value exchange for FTW Digital Tokens, FTW wrapped OCH and KUT Coins was between Taniqua of Clermont and Dion John Hunt and negotiations began on the 22nd of January 2024.
It was agreed that Dion would facilitate the activation of an OCH/FTW-enabled personal wallet, and the creation of 1 million Sovereign Digital Currency tokens for use in Tanique’s gardening business, alongside payments of 100,000 KUT, 10,000 FTW and 5,000 OCH Coins, in exchange for Taniqua’s commitment to participate in the use of the FTW network eco-system in the design and monetization of her website and cultural services.
Cultural co-creation opportunities by interacting with fellow Clermont/ Wangan Emerging Elder & Traditional Owner Ryan Lovell and his FTW Indigenous Cultural Empowerment Employment Agency Initiative Mob Jobs (MOB) may also provide further potential for project exploration, experimentation, research and development.

It was agreed that in exchange for providing discounted lodging to Dion for the Months of May until August in her Kangaroo Point apartment in Brisbane, Mr Hunt would provide Jasmina assistance in creating and activating a Ripple XRP wallet.
Dion also agreed to provide trust line setup and payment of 10,000 FTW Coins at the commencement of the lease, with another 10,000 FTW Coin payment to be made at the conclusion of the accommodation agreement. Wallet creation and FTW payment was made to Jasmina’s new wallet

This (and all future) transactions between all relevant parties will be done via FTW eco-system connected project initiatives and all Ripple XRP wallet accounts that are created, funded, and provided to all willing Waddananggu community members by Free the World Foundation creator and FTW Network Project Elder of Highest Degree, Dion John Hunt.
Wallet creation and all transactions must be completed as soon as possible after Ceremonial Sacred Fire & Smoke Ritual, Sacred Clay Grounding Ritual and Sacred Spring Water Cleansing Ritual. Only then can any other initiations, transactions and Cultural Exchange be conducted. These transactions must at all times remain in alignment with both Universal/ Natural Law and the relevant Tribal Lore of the Lands in which they are being conducted and/ or originally created.
Those found to have been in breach of the relevant Tribal Custodianship Lore will be required to forfeit all FTW/ OCH/ MOB connected Sovereign digital project tokens back to the main Distribution Wallet Address. The Lore Breaker must also return all related intellectual property deemed appropriate to the project in question to the Emerging Elder of Highest Degree. This does not impact the Lore Breakers wallet functionality, security, or any other funds or trust lines in existence and an appeals process can be requested involving all three Trinity Tribe Wallet holders hearing and deciding on the matter, with their decision being final.
This type of action must only be taken as an extreme last resort when a community member has been asked to leave Waddananggu, and only after all other avenues of negotiation between the Lore breakers and the Most Sovereign Elder on site have been conducted. Ideally, a Non-disclosure Agreement would be signed upon initiation into the FTW eco-system but in these early stages of project development, it is also appropriate to have both parties sign the NDA via Tribal Negotiation before all related tokens have been forfeited and trust lines removed from the Lore Breaker in question.
